Recently remodeled in 2020 with new master bedroom mattress and bedding. The property is located in one of the most sought after private gated communities on a quiet lake setting. Beautiful mature tropical foliage surrounds the property with gorgeous hot tub & pools and fabulous private lighted tennis courts. Interior has been totally renovated with stunning new furnishings including glass walk-in shower large HD TV's in both living room and master bedroom along with high speed wireless internet. The kitchen was featured on the cover of a National Kitchen and Bath Design Magazine. One of the favorite features is the huge lighted patio on a corner unit allowing multiple parking slots right next to the unit. (No long trips from car to house.) High grade mattresses with high thread count sheets. Non-smoking unit.
