Great getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious, cozy, and beautiful. This was a great space for a large group of people. Full size kitchen and dining room and two separate living areas made it great for a full group. Everything inside the house was clean and spotless! One of the bedroom doors in the basement couldn't close all the way, just an FYI. The deck is in the front of the house and gets great sunlight. The furniture on the deck had cushions but they were very old and weathered. Also, the listing says a firepit however there was no firepit. There was a gas fire table in the backyard, but the backyard was a bit overgrown so no one really sat back there.

Booked our weekend away and have no complaints about the house. Luis was great at communicating regarding the few questions I had upon arriving. The place was clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable space for 6 adults. two children, and a dog. The house is set up with a mud room, game room/living room, full bath, and two bedrooms on the first floor consisting of a queen bed in one and then a full bed with bed bunk in the second. This was perfect for the family with children to get the kids to bed earlier and have two rooms to separate the kids for sleeping needs as needed! Upstairs included a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, along with two additional rooms with queen beds. The kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment. The house also consisted of a second floor balcony with a gate for the stairs leading down (we avoided going on it because it was rainy/muddy and did not want to track into the house but looked spacious). House also included two space heaters to assist with cold temperature as needed and upon arrival, baby gate for the stairs, high chair, crib, and various kids toys.The house was approximately a 20 minute drive from Camelback Skiing, 24 minute drive from Barret Dog Park, and within 15-20 minutes from pubs/restaurants. Check in process was easy, Luis was accommodating given Day Light Savings for check out, and super easy to communicate too!Would book again for next years trip!
