The place was great, peaceful and relaxing, well fitted out. The check-in process wasn't a good experience at all, in app messages and emails, multiple forms of ID across both, confusing payment portals and separate security deposits. We waited 3 hours after check-in unable to access the property before a response that we had missed a step that should have been completed the previous day.
