Really nice spot and great place to stay! Was really clean and cozy. Easy Walking distance to bars and restaurants and even made the walk back from Lucas oil stadium at night and felt it was in a safe neighborhood. Host was easy to text with any questions and answered promptly. Nice touch was to have the parking garage as well that was safe to keep our bikes in back of the truck. Highly recommend!

The rental matched the listing and provided a clean, comfortable space in a very convenient location. It was easy to access restaurants, shopping, and other nearby amenities, which made the stay enjoyable.The pre‑arrival process was more detailed than expected. Check‑in required uploading photos and a copy of my ID, and parking was an additional cost that needed to be paid in advance. Guests may want to plan for a few extra steps before arrival.Parking itself was located in a garage that was a bit confusing at first, but manageable once familiar with the layout and entry procedure. One thing to note is that there is a beer garden with live music close to the unit. It became quite loud at night, which made sleeping difficult, especially for light sleepers.Overall, the rental offers a comfortable stay in a great location. Being aware of the check‑in requirements, parking fees, and nighttime noise will help future guests have a smoother experience.

Brand New Beautiful Unit!

We loved the space. Even nicer than excepted. Mattress was like a fluffy cloud. Everything was immaculate and ready for our arrival. The only thing i would improve is clarification of leaving the parking fob in the room, because then you can't get out of the garage! The operator did eventually let us out after taking down my info.
