The location is excellent and the staffs were great. First of all, the location is central to all major attractions and with tons of dining options. Everything is within 30 mins walk. Second the area is very safe and surprisingly quiet at night, even though there are lot of restaurants nearby. Third Laura and the team are super accommodating. They offered airport/cruise terminal transportation service. They also allowed us to check out at a later time. Last but not the least, the AC unit in the room was better than many 4-star hotels.

Our HiSuite Rome unit was gorgeous and comfortable! The people that run the property are great at communicating, friendly and kind, especially Mike. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and Italian sites. There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

We just finished our 8th trip to Rome over the past 26 years (we love it enough to want to return every few years), and this property was ideal for what we needed. The location is really ideal if you want a place that is fairly easy to walk to many of the common areas visitors to Rome tend to want to go to. It was clean. The staff were very helpful.as with most apartments in Europe, things tend to be smaller than in the US, but everything worked and we enjoyed our visit. I liked it enough that I would return and stay here again, and I would recommend it to those who want less of a hotel experience and more of an apartment experience while staying in Rome.

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location. A 4 minute walk from the river, 4 min walk from shops. Many good restaurants to choose from especially the one by Brama 2 - Antica Taverna. Laura and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations.
