Hayes cottages

This is the second occasion we have stayed at the cottage for a month and can’t wait to return again! Location is heavenly nothing better than sitting on the deck watching the wildlife in the garden and on the York river. The house is also very well situated for Williamsburg with all its attractions. A home from home with regard amenities. Donna and Mike are great hosts and are very responsive to their guests. Would not hesitate to recommend this home.

The house was very clean. Plenty of room for 2 people. Very quiet. Margaret & John was very helpful in time of some help. Had everything you would need for short break or holiday. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great location for visiting the area, close to beach, hosts were friendly and welcoming

The property is well situated with Yorktown and is a great base to explore. Walk to beach, restaurants. Lots to do within 45 mins drive as well. Water/theme parks, winery, colonial and civil war history. Easily accessible from numerous metropolitan areas. We visited from DC-3 hours away and loved the whole experience. An immaculate historic property in a picturesque and interesting area. The owners were very responsive and helpful.
