The house was as described, well equipped, with lots of space to relax. Convenient for travel to Amsterdam and nearby towns. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and a bakery a short walk away. Everyone had a lovely vacation.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The tents were fantastic, really comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location was brilliant, it was really peaceful and the countryside was gorgeous, it was close enough to visit Amsterdam too. Our 2 year old loved playing in the park and trampolining. Peter the host was friendly and accommodating. We just wish we'd booked to stay longer! Would 100% recommend.

Martijn’s house in Purmerend was great. It was clean with plenty of space for us and our 2 kids. We explored the region, including Edam, Ijmuiden Strand, Utrecht and Amsterdam, and made the most of the lovely central square in Purmerend for dinners in the evening. There is a local supermarket and everything you need to cook at the house too. Martijn was a great host and ready to help with anything we needed.

Loved the cozy house where we could relax from busy cities. The house is decorated so beautifully. It is located near Edam and Volendam so we biked there and had wonderful time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful,and exactly as stated in the information on Vrbo. Our host Anouk was always available ,and so helpful with anything we wanted to organise . Would highly recommend using the bikes to visit the surrounding area which is lovely.
