Beautiful villa

Beautiful spacious villa at the foot of Montgo. Villa had everything we needed for a great family holiday and Neil on hand if needed. We would definitely hope to return.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa very well kept and spotlessly clean. The pool area and outside space was superb. We especially liked the bar area. The teenager’s enjoyed the ping pong table. Great communication with the owners. Thank you Neil for letting us stay in your beautiful villa with amazing views.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this super spacious and extremely comfortable villa. Amazing pool and everything you need was provided for including a very generous welcome pack of wine, beer and nibbles. Neil, the host, was super helpful and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located for the Old Town, Arenal Beach and the Port. Highly recommend and can't thank the hosts enough for allowing us to enjoy their home.

Relaxing Holiday

Just returned from a week at Los Arcos. We arrived late in the evening, but were met & made very welcome by Neil, the owner, at the villa. He even provided a very welcome ‘welcome pack’. What a great start. Totally unexpected but just what was needed. Neil was on hand throughout the week, no issues with the villa, he provided golf clubs for a quick round at the club near The Marriott Hotel. The kitchen was stocked with some basics, always useful. Nice to have enough toilet rolls, washing up tabs etc, you don’t mind leaving your own surplus when it’s relaxed.... The location is ideal to explore rural & far less touristy Spain, Javea & Dernia a short drive, with lots of local restaurants. We will certainly return, still so much to see.

Excellent Villa

Nice villa in a good central position to various towns and beaches. Villa was a good size with a very nice pool and outdoor kitchen and seating area. All furniture was good quality and comfortable. Communication with agents and owners were good and we would have no hesitation of returning or recommending Los Arcos.

Trés bien

Nous avons passé un séjour dans la Villa avec 6 adultes et deux enfants. Séjour très agréable, extérieur conforme à nos attentes et aux photos. Piscine est proche de la terrasse couverte, parfait pour la surveillance des enfants Possibilité de garer les voitures à l’intérieur, hôte très agréable.

Falta limpieza

Casa bien ubicada aunque la limpieza, sobre todo de la cocina y el horno deja mucho que desear Los utensilios(platos, cacerolas, sartenes....) son escasos si vais los 8 para los que en teoría está preparada la casa.

La casa impresionante, la piscina espectacular, la barbacoa muy bien, ahora la limpieza deja mucho que desear y la cubertería deberían cambiarla ya esta muy vieja, el frigorífico es muy pequeño para ocho personas tarda mucho en enfriar, luz en la entrada del chalet no hay, todo esto lo he hablado con Louise el dueño y me ha dicho que lo cambiará, si es así espero volver el año que viene.

FALTA DE LIMPIEZA Y ESO QUE SE PAGA UN PLUS

Sobre todo falta de limpieza, el extractor de humos de la cocina con grasa de varios años, parte superior de los armarios de cocina y el alto del frigorífico sin limpiar en tiempo, pelos de animal debajo de una cama el suelo lo fregamos varias veces utensilios de cocina para renovar casi todos. Si logran solucionar eso la casa cómoda

querido Juan Gracias por la revisión, preguntamos por las áreas específicas de limpieza con las que no estaba satisfecho de inmediato. No recibimos una respuesta con detalles, también nos ofrecimos a venir y hacer una limpieza adicional en las áreas con las que no estaba satisfecho, nuevamente no nos lo dijo. Es extraño quejarse pero no permitirnos hacer una solución. Nos habría gustado hacer todos los remedios necesarios si se hubieran dado los detalles y tuviéramos respuestas completas en ese momento. Gracias de nuevo por los comentarios.

Una casa preciosa

Hemos pasado una semana en esta casa 2 familias con nuestros hijos. El chalet es precioso, bien equipado, lo que más se disfruta es la zona exterior; la piscina y la parrilla hacen que la estancia aquí sea estupenda. El propietario es amable y atiende a tus peticiones en lo que puede. Hay un supermercado a 1 kilómetro donde puedes encontrar lo imprescindible. El único problema que nos encontramos fue la limpieza de la casa, deja mucho que desear, se nota que no tienen contratado personal para realizar estas funciones. Deberían de mejorar en este aspecto.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Nähe des Mittelmeers

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus mit liebevollen Gastgebern vorgefunden. Obwohl wir erst mitten in der Nacht angereist sind, haben sie auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war phantastisch. Auf den Terrassen konnte man gut chillen. Das Fernsehen war leider nur in Englisch. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht ganz optimal, aber ok. Die Türen zu den Zimmern gehen leider immer wieder auf. Nur von innen konnte man sie verriegeln. Leider führt die große Strasse direkt am Haus vorbei. Das ist etwas laut. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein sehr schönes Anwesen.

2 Family holiday in August

We had an amazing two week holiday at Los Arcos. We were two families of 2 adults and 2 children each. The property was as described and the outside space, with plenty of shade and room to eat and cook outside, was brilliant. The pool was large enough for kids to swim and play with floats and room around the pool for sun loungers. We had very hot weather during our stay and the upstairs room did get a little warm at night, so air conditioning would have been useful in this room. The other bedrooms were lovely and cool. The check in process was very easy, we were able to check in earlier on arrival as the hosts made every effort to get the villa ready for us which was very welcome as we'd had an early flight from the UK. We had a very friendly welcome and they provided us with some recommendations for restaurants and beaches nearby. Neil was available by phone to sort out a couple of small queries and visited the property a couple of times to check we were all okay. Great villa and we would thoroughly recommend it to large families or two families. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. A car was essential to visit local supermarkets and towns of Javea and Moraira.

Had a fabulous stay at this villa. The villa and pool was very clean and well maintained. The area itself is peaceful and very picturesque, and only a short drive into town. I have stayed in quite a few villas over the years and this is definitely one of the best

Los Arcos villa

We had an absolutely amazing time at Los Arcos. The villa was immaculate, modern, clean and full of all the amenities needed for a holiday. The location of the villa is outstanding and picturesque, looking at the surrounding mountains every morning was just perfect. We made great use of the bar the gas barbecue and the outside dining areas, perfect for outside dining. We all spent hrs in the pool and enjoyed it from sunrise to dusk. Communication from start to end was fantastic. We look forward to return again.
