A View of the Strait of Juan de Fuca

This is a two-story unit in a refinished house built in 1896. Perched on the bluff, large windows offer unhindered views of the harbor and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. There is one bedroom and a half-bathroom downstairs and one bedroom and full bathroom upstairs, with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Wooden front porch overlooks the harbor.

Super location is steps from the Zigzag in a charming neighborhood. Easy walk to the Olympic Discovery Trail and to the Coho Ferry to Victoria. Short walk to Safeway, Starbucks, and to the shops downtown.

Port Angeles is the gateway to wonders of Olympic National Park, the launch point to Victoria and Vancouver Island, and home to a friendly community. Enjoy your stay in this relaxed, comfortable setting with expansive views of the ever-changing harbor as ships cruise through the Strait.

Our family of four very much enjoyed this rental as our Port Angeles home-base for exploring Olympic National Park. The views and location are fantastic. We enjoyed the front yard and garden in particular, and our daughter found several four leaf clovers.

We had a wonderful time connecting with our family and baking pies to take to our son’s Olympic Peninsula wedding. Everything was wonderful— the location was perfect for picking up a few items from the grocery store and to go down for a nice Thai meal at the end of the day. Many thanks!

After some miscommunication on which unit we were in, things went great. The views of the harbor were amazing. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the porch enjoying the peace and quiet. The house was cozy and had lots of character. We were able to walk down to the wharf in about 5 minutes and the National Park was only a 15 minute car ride away.

Had a great stay at Harbour View West. The place is a very nice, well maintained house, with all the charm of the Craftsman bungalow that it is. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of window space for enjoying the exceptional view out over the water, with the convenience of easy to use blinds on all the windows. The location couldn't be better for visiting Port Angeles-just a couple minutes walk to the water front for restaurants, coffee shops, quaint stores, and a truly great waterfront walking path. Safeway is a scant two blocks away, making stocking up on groceries and incidentals a breeze. Randy, the property manager, was readily available for any questions or issues, but since there were none of these, he was easy to check in with upon my arrival. What more can I say, other than I definitely intend to stay at Harbour View West any time I travel to Port Angeles again to visit friends. Thanks again for a great visit, Randy.

The location of this place is perfect for many reasons: it is close to ONP, downtown Port Angeles, grocery stores and the ferry and many restaurants. Very comfortable accommodation with great views.
