One bedroom, one bathroom property on 2nd floor. Lakefront beach area shared with property owners only (whose home is on the property too). Bedroom has king bed. Living room has queen Murphy bed plus large sofa. Glass-railed deck off of living room with beautiful views of bay and lake. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and counter seating for four. Bathroom has bathtub/shower setup. Lake views. Private yard. Private back yard has gas grill, picnic table and small fire pit for renters use. Foosball table, board games in unit. Internet TV in both rooms. Wifi. Laundry available. Small pet okay. Please be aware there is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, no elevator. Bringing your boat? -please call ahead for specifics. Guest dock available. Private gravel road. Bemus Point area, 4.5 miles to 'downtown'.

Fun Week

This was a perfect place for our week. Linda and her husband were very kind and great to work with. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. We were close to antiques, restaurants, and activities.

Great Location and providers

We found it a warm comfortable setting. Access road a little difficult to find at night, but gps got us there ok. Very pleasant treatment by owners.

A little slice of paradise

Our second visit did not disappoint. We love everything about Griffith's Bay - the serene location, the amenities in the apartment, the balcony overlooking the water, and of course the hospitable host and hostess. It is the perfect weekend get-a-way and we can't wait to go back!

Great Lakefront Property!

The property was great. It was very clean and welcoming. It offered privacy and yet we were only 5 miles from Bemus Point and Jamestown. The owners were very accommodating. My husband and I felt right at home and will absolutely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed staying at Griffith’s Bay. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The apartment was clean, well stocked and welcoming. The large bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was so quiet. It was restful and just what we needed! Thank you to Tom and Linda!

Excellent Chautauqua spot

We were extremely happy with our stay. The hosts are delightful and welcoming. They met us at the property, showed us around and even had the A/C turned on in preparation for our arrival. Everything in the apartment is in good working order. Very comfortable. The lake views are great and the outside balcony is so enjoyable in the morning. The property is close to Bemus Point village, Jamestown, Mayville and everything around Chautauqua Lake.

Enjoyable rental

The landlords of the property are extremely polite and there to help you enjoy your stay. Very clean, with beautiful scenery of the lake. Short drive to Bemus Point, where there are restaurants, pubs and etc.

Amazing hosts!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful property n grounds very well kept, they apartment sits high enough to see the lake and sitting on the glass enclosed balcony or down by the water is very relaxing! The living area was very clean. Keeping our boat at the dock was a big plus. More than any amenity, the hosts were truly wonderful, flexible, great communication, responsive and appropriately warm and interactive.

Very quiet, relaxing property.

Owners are VERY nice and easy to work with. Very accommodating as far as check in and check out, instructions for heating and cooling, etc. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The bathroom was very nice. The new deck is also beautiful and very pleasant for sitting on with a partial view of the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the small beach in front of the owner's home. The owners provided chairs and gave us the freedom to sit in the yard near the beach and enjoy the lake.

Great Atmosphere and Location

Just arrived home from a 4 night stay at this property. Wonderful accommodations!! Very friendly hosts! We wanted to visit a part of New York we hadn't visited before and it did not disappoint, especially with all of the history of the area. Amazing!! We looked specifically for a pet friendly Vrbo and we were not disappointed! My just over 1 year old dog (Pembroke Welsh Corgi) had never been on a long trip or in a strangers home! Not only were they welcoming, but even offered to look after him so we could spend lengthier times away to explore and eat out. Linda and Tom were great and also are former Corgi owners, so we had plenty in common. Thank you, so much!!

Exactly What the Doctor Ordered

Linda and Tom's property was the perfect lakeside setting. The apartment was efficient and cozy with beautiful lake views! This was our first time to the Lake- Tom and Linda were so friendly and welcoming and still gave us privacy. I felt like a friend by the time we left.

Beautiful lot, clean and spacious apartment!

We had a wonderful time visiting Chautauqua. This rental was fabulous! Super clean, spacious, and accommodating for what my family was looking for. The property is gorgeous, on the water, with dock access. The owners were very friendly and happy to communicate and share lots of great amenities. The master bedroom is huge with the most comfortable, gigantic bed. Welcoming kitchen with spacious of cooking area. Glad we found this gem, and hope to return!

Wonderful Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were very clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable there. We will absolutely go there again if the chance arises. Linda and Tom were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with!
