Renovated apartment on Elba Island with sea view in the heart of the old village of Scaglieri at only 30 meters from the splendid beach of Scaglieri. Well taken care of furniture, all comforts for a totally relaxing holiday and a patio equipped for dining outside and admiring the great sunsets of the Island.



The apartment is a two-room apartment on the ground floor of about 40 square meters and ideal for 2/4 guests. It is furnished with great taste and with attention to all details. It has a living room with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer...

The sleeping area has a comfortable bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.



From the living room through a large window you access a furnished and equipped patio with sea view for a great outdoor vacation.

The services offered by the apartment are WiFi, safe, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, electric oven, induction hob, parking. Animals on request.



Scaglieri is a small village where you can still find the island’s atmosphere of the past as well as all the necessary services for a peaceful holiday: beach service, bars, restaurants and a small market equipped for basic necessities.



From the square in front of the sea and beach of Scaglieri you can walk to the Biodola and Forno beaches in a few minutes.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung mit Einschränkungen

Einfache Ausstattung, Aufenthalt ging etwas in Richtung Camping in einer Wohnung. Plus: Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe direkt am Meer, toller Blick von der Terrasse, in Badehose mit wenigen Schritten am Wasser. Minus/Einschränkungen: Küchenzeile sehr klein, die winzige Arbeitsplatte ist mit dem 4-Zonen-Kochfeld fast komplett zugestellt, Aufbewahrung der Töpfe/Pfannen im Backofen(!), wohin damit bei Backofen-Benutzung? Drei Töpfe unterschiedlicher Größe, aber nur 1 Topfdeckel. Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien eher spärlich. Innenklima der Wohnung ist etwas klamm/feucht, nach 1 Woche fühlen sich Kleidung, Papierunterlagen etc. feucht an (bei Aufenthalt Mitte Mai mit frühsommerlich trockenem Wetter). Parkplatz ca. 100 m entfernt, bei viel Gepäck etwas Schlepperei durch die schmale treppenartige Gasse zur Wohnung.

Wir hatten eine geniale Woche in diesem kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement das auch sehr sauber war. Die kleine Terrasse war zwar schattig, aber mit einem schönen Ausblick und der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Die Kommunikation des Vermieters war ehrlich und sehr schnell. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Ferien machen.

Sehr schöner Blick auf das Mittelmeer von der Terasse, freundlicher, unkomplizierter Check In/Out. Bei einem kleinen Stromausfall wurde uns von der Agentur schnell und kompetent geholfen. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Örtchen ist klein, wer viel Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Der Laden um die Ecke ist mit dem Nötigesten ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Super schönes, kleines Gartenappartment, mit toller Aussicht, jedoch die Küchenausstattung mikrig

Der Check-In Verlauf war etwas schwierig, weil wir mussten die Dame telefonisch kontaktieren. Roaming lässt grüssen! Zudem konnte sie kaum Englisch sprechen, geschweige den Deutsch. Zum Glück konnte ich noch etwas Italienisch, um ein den Treffpunkt zu vereinbaren. Dem entsprechend war auch der Check-In sehr kurz. Leider fehlte uns Bügeleisen und -brett (im Beschrieb des Appartments aufgelistet), es ging drei Tage bis wir jemanden erreichten. Die Dame vom Check-In hat uns nicht ein Mal zurückgerufen, obwohl sie meinte, wir können sie immer erreichen. Aber als wir die Agentur benachrichtigten, ging alles ganz schnell und das Bügeleisen stand vor der Tür. Die Küche ist für unseren Geschmack und den hohen Appartmentpreis recht mikrig ausgestattet. Sehr vieles fehlte und wir mussten improvisieren. Kochkehle, Rüstmesser, eine Schüssel bspw. für Salat, Salatgeschirr, keine Kaffeemaschine, aber dafür Mokka. Der Ablauf der Dusche hat vor allem mich, mit meinen langen Haaren, wahnsinnig gemacht. Ich konnte keine Minute das Wasser laufen lassen, schon kam das Wasser wieder hoch und wenn man nicht aufpasste, war das Bad unter Wasser. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre im eigenen Garten wäre auch schön. Vor allem Abends laufen viele Menschen vorbei und schauen halt rein. Neben diesen 5 Punkten, war das Appartment aber toll!!! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Check Out war total unkompliziert!
