This spacious and bright apartment with a view of the Greek Canal will frame your holiday.
It is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to two separate living areas where there are two double sofa beds. In addition, we find a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped and functional kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional service bathroom. On warmer days, you will have a small terrace with an outdoor table which can be accessed directly from the bedroom, equipped with a table and chairs.
Very easy to reach, it is located 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop that will connect you to Marco Polo airport and other islands in the lagoon. Walking out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafes, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 10 minutes.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
