The apartment was in a great location, just down the street from the Trevi fountain with numerous restaurants right at the doorstep. It was clean and comfortable, and having laundry was an added bonus. The communication with the host was excellent, and Francesca helped us navigate the city by giving us detailed directions for the easiest way to get to all the main sites. All in all, a perfect stay!

We loved this apartment! It’s in an excellent location and although it’s a busy area, it was quiet inside. Perfect walking distance to everything. Francesca was a wonderful communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place.

The location was A plus, just a stones throw from the Trevi fountain. Our host was to responsive to our requests plus she had provided a fabulous list of places to eat nearby. We stayed for 14 days and had guests with us for 3. The pullout couch was very comfortable for our guests. It was a great place for a full Rome immersive experience.

Great location and space, but has amenity issuesPros:-Perfect location: Excellent spot for sightseeing.-Great layout: Large unit with two bathrooms, ideal for families.-Helpful host: Very responsive and tried to support us with issues.Cons:-No Air Conditioning: Broken during a 35C heatwave (fans provided, but ineffective).-Poor Wi-Fi: Extremely slow (virtually unusable).-Cleanliness issues: Below expected standards; towels did not smell fresh, some linens had some holes/stains, chairs stained.

Very clean apartment in the middle of the action close to Trevi Fountain. Lovely and lively street below, and no noise in the apartment due to the superior windows. Good quality AC. There were four of us. We fit fine, two on each bed. One was pull out. There were two bathrooms, each with shower which was great. The host was very good at communicating with us and arranged for a very sweet lady to greet us on arrival and show us everything. Top tier place. Thank you.

Lovely place right in the thick of everything you want to see. The Trevi fountain was so close and walked to the Pantheon. The weather was so hot, but the apartment has air conditioning. It was so nice to come back and turn on the AC - it helped but it was still a little warm. But with the fan it was great. Beds are hard but comfortable. It seems all beds are hard in Italy. WiFi was great! No view as the buildings are so close. 2 great bathrooms! Francesca was awesome in helping us with Taxi’s and answering requests. There are no blinds to block out the daylight and not too private, just a sheer curtain. But Elevator is tight but it works well. Apt is on 2nd floor with quite a few stairs if you don’t want to use the lift. Apt is very spacious and the sofa bed is a good distance from bedroom for privacy. If you are hungry, lots of restaurants right outside your door. Good book with recommendations for restaurants. Had a great time and would return! Thank you Francesca!

This is a lovely place to stay in Rome! It was a great location, host is super sweet, and ac is perfect! We had a great time in Rome and it was so nice to be able to wash what needed to be washed and have access to two bathrooms!
