Spacious apartment over 3 floors with terrace and view of the Church of the Salute. On the first floor, we find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with sofa bed. On the second floor, we find a double bedroom, a second living room, and a bathroom with bathtub. On the third floor, we find a third living room, the kitchen, and the terrace. Independent entrance and air conditioning in all rooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

We have a couple of great nights with our adult kids in Venice. The place fit our needs as kids used the twins downstairs and we had the top. Location was perfect and while the private boat taxi isnt cheap it was perfect drop off and pick up spot to the airport.

Property manager sent email with entry directions with photos. The photos were not of the outer door buzzer or key box for the apartment. Apartment ranges over three floors with beautiful decorative and useless railing. The stairs were treacherous for older adults…we are in our 70’s. One of the two bathrooms had a deep tub- we could not use , the other a shower. The shower bathroom had not lights.We had hot water every few days. There were no instructions for kitchen appliances. Lastly, each person had two towels and there was only one towel for kitchen. Apartment was eagerly equipped. It was wonderful located and clean.Not for older adults.
