Wonderful place to stay, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, and communication with the host was excellent; she was responsive, offered great guidance, and shared helpful local tips. We would gladly return as often as possible. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi‑Fi, as I struggled to send a few emails, though this may simply be a common issue in Venice. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.

Lovely coordinated decoration

It was a very nice apartment. Everything was as described except the internet frequently was unavailable. The shower was super nice—both wand and rain, nice pressure and temperature, but there was no shelf for soaps and shampoos. The bidet was a very nice touch. Also, the floor was a bit slippery. Very comfortable bed and linens, and spacious layout throughout. Clean and comfortable 😊

The apartment was pretty clean in itself. The walls were very marked up and appeared to have a number of food or other "dirt" marks on them throughout the apartment. A good clean and a coat of paint would address this concern. The listing did state there was a washer and dryer. However, only a washer was present, which was also very small. You can really only do a days worth of laundry at once and nothing big. The host could have provided additional sheets and towels.The largest problem that I had was the internet. It was really bad. It cut in and out and took forever to load when it did work. Cell reception was also not very good, so using data wasn't an option either.The location was great. Very central and quiet. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Overall a good stay.
