Comprises a spacious entrance, living room with sofas, a first double bedroom with bathroom (shower/bath), a second double bedroom (with divisible beds) and a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen can accommodate up to 8 people. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The location was perfect! We feltLike we belonged in Venice! Loved having two bathrooms and the separate rooms for the kids! It was decorated to bring you back in time and yet had all of the modern day conveniences. Would stay again!!

Excellent apartment close to Rialto Bridge. Supermarket round the corner, patisserie at the end of the lane which was perfect for breakfast coffee and pastries. And the restaurant at the end of the lane was amazing!! Apartment actually had 2 double beds and 2 single rooms so we thankfully didn’t need the sofa bed. Once we’d figured out how to turn the boiler on to get hot water we were sorted. One of the shower heads was more of a hose as part of the head was missing. The other shower cubicle was tiny. But these things are all part of the charm. Don’t expect 5 star facilities, expect an excellent location with lots going on round about. And you’re not in Venice to spend time in your apartment! Stefan who met us off the water taxi and the ladies in the office were fabulous and kept me right with the admin, recommending places to go and helping with any queries/booking return water taxi (well worth booking, as close as you are to Rialto I wouldn’t fancy trying to get all of us and our suitcases through the lanes and over the bridge to the vaparetto)

Great stay!

Great location and fabulous communication. AC was a really nice benefit especially walking in after hot days exploring.Wifi was super challenging since it literally only worked in the living room. Even calls didn't work anywhere else so that was frustrating.Overall, location was very good, beds slept well and all else great.They arranged water taxis to/from airport for us which worked perfectly. A little pricey but worth it for no lines, prompt service and two min walk to the apartment.

This unit was in an absolutely excellent location! Could use some paint, but was clean and comfortable. The host was most accommodating to our arrival and departure. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
