Overall the rental was fine and able to accommodate a family 5 in Paris for 3 nights. My primary complaint is with the basement room, which was very musty and had stains all over the carpet. Given that a musty smell is usually associated with active microbial growth we decided that no one would sleep downstairs and instead we used the couch as a bed. This was unfortunate since we paid for a bedroom we didn’t use. We were also not a big fan of the toilet room being right next to the couch but that might not bother everyone. Last, the dry cycle on the all-in-one washer/dryer didn’t work. Probably someone needs to do maintenance and clean a filter. Again, was it fine - yes, would I stay at the same place again - probably not.

My friends and I had an amazing time in Paris because Joffrey's place is close to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist spots, The accommodation is spacious enough for 6 people and very clean, The beds are also large enough for two people! Joffrey was very prompt in responding to our queries, We will definitely suggest this place to others and will definitely make a reservation here again the next time we visit Paris!

The accommodation looked just like the photos, although it was a bit smaller than expected, There is only one toilet and one shower for six people, The double bed upstairs is actually two twin beds pushed together, so there were no proper sheets, making it uncomfortable to sleep, The location is fantastic and safe, with just a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants nearby,

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager. Nicht viel Platz aber es reicht. Das Kellerzimmer riecht etwas moderig. Beim 2 Schlafzimmer ging das Fenster leider nicht auf. Was jetzt nicht so wichtig ist bei unserem Aufenthalt war es aber 36 Grad da wäre es schön gewesen mal duchzulüften. Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof bevor man in das Appartement geht. Leider darf man da nicht sitzen. Ich verstehe natürlich das es zu einer enorme lärmbelästigung kommen kann für die Nachbarn, trotzdem wäre es schön gewesen den Kaffee morgens in Ruhe trinken zu können. Aber alles in allem da würden wir wieder hingehen da es auch super gelegen ist mit der Metro. Sehr zentral.

the only issues to be aware of were only one bathroom for the apartment and it did get quite hot in the evenings but Paris is under a heat wave. Staff was very courteous and helpful and attentive. Would recommend to anyone as long as they are aware of above:-)

This rental is a great option for large families (>4) wanting to vacation in Paris. We found the location easy to get an Uber or access the metro. My one primary complaint was the basement bedroom; it was very musty down there and the carpet had several stains making it feel unclean so no one slept down there and instead we used it as a storage space for our luggage. Potential guests should also know the toilet room is next to the couch. Other than that the other spaces of the rental were clean and equipped with what we need for our stay.
