VILLA MONICA in a residential neighborhood of Cala Pi for 6 people with a private pool and garden - Free Wifi

- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

Very nice villa) nice area, special attention to the grill area is generally super. Comfortable location of the rooms. Nice and big kitchen! We have been vacationing for the second year. We hope to arrive again next September. Thank you for a good stay! Very cool villa, especially the grill area! Comfortable beds and room layout! The kitchen is large and comfortable. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung...

Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich, sehr schöner Außenbereich mit Sonnenliegen incl Auflagen +Poolhandtücher. Haben den überdachten Grillbereich sehr gerne genutzt. Ausreichend Geschirr etc. vorhanden, jedoch keine Eierbecher bzw Schnapsgläser. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen und würden sie wieder buchen. Auto erforderlich. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und danken für den Service und die gute Kommunikation

Maravillosa casa...

La casa es una maravilla. Si están buscando una estancia con privacidad, tranquilidad y los lujos de tener tu propia parcela con zona de bbq, piscina y demás esta es la casa adecuada. La casa está bastante alejada de cualquier "sitio de interés" de la isla salvando Cala Pi, en la que hay poco más que hacer que ir a la playa.

Great villa...

The villa is great! Easy to reach and in a calm neighbourhood. There are no grocerystores nearby (appart from a quite expensive one in Cala Pi) but once you go to the beach in Sa Rapida (which i recommend over the one in Cala Pi) you'll find stores. Car is recomended tough (even necessary).

Prettige en snelle communicatie! Super mooi huis! Groot zwembad, groot huis, mooie tuin met overkapping! Bijna beter dan op de foto’s! We konden ons geen beter huis voorstellen. Goede airco en fijn zwembad voor de verkoeling. Prettige ontvangst en communicatie. Auto is wel belangrijk op deze plek. Alles bij elkaar helemaal super!

Eine wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt, unserer Ansprechpartner bei Übergabe war sehr kompetent und sehr sympathisch. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Die Infrastruktur der Gegend ist nicht optimal aber das braucht noch paar Jahre.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Monica war sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Für uns mit 2 Kindern war das perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Villaonline / Alfredo war super und kleine Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Daus Haus ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war alles sauber und zum Wohlfühlen.

Wonderful Villa...

The Villa was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. The location is also great, but you will need a car to move around.The conversation with the team has been excellent and they were always ready in case of questions. Definitely recommended.

Das Haus war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Bilder des Hauses geben auch gut die tatsächliche Unterkunft wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Villaonline war unkompliziert und wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt.
