If you require somewhere very clean with excellent facilities in a quiet location this is the property for you easy parking and the hot tub were an extra bonus our only problem was that we had traveled with our two small dogs and because of the location we could not take them a walk.We had to load them in the car and take them down into Bideford but this problem was well outweighed by the comfort of the Manor
