Grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung, ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt allerdings. Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel eine Klimaanlage durch unangenehmen Geruch auf; das warme Wasser zum Duschen ist an zwei von sechs Tagen ausgefallen. Der Wasserdruck ist etwas gering in beiden Badezimmern. Die Rollladen lassen sich nicht „feststellen“. Der Einlass in die Unterkunft ist elektronisch über Handy geregelt, so standen wir ab 14:15 Uhr vor der Tür. Die lapidare Antwort des Vermieters war per char: vereinbart ist 15:00 Uhr! Wir kamen dann erst 15:20 in die Wohnung; Videocall klappte nicht, telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Vlt. lag es am handynetz, aber als ich dann den Versuch des videocalls abgebrochen habe; hat sich dich Internetseite „scharf“ geschaltet, sodass ich den einlassenden bekam und rein konnte!

Dear guests, thank you for your feedback and the time you took to share your opinion. However, there are some inaccurate comments. Hot water is unlimited. There is a button in the hallway to turn it on or off. If you turn it off, of course, you won’t have hot water. We suggest not to touch the boiler button. There is an Italian coffee machine and also a kettle for instant coffee. Regarding the check-in issue: you never responded to our 3 welcome messages with useful info about the neighborhood, house rules, and check-in and check-out times. You didn’t reply to any message. You arrived at the building on the check-in day 1 hour before the allowed check-in time expecting to enter immediately. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work this way. If you want to enter the apartment early, a request should be sent in advance, and if possible, we accommodate the guest. Best regards
