View of river condo.

Rejane was there to meet Brian and his Dad Ron. The checkin went very smooth as Rejane showed us around and explained things. She was very nice and the condo was clean. The condo has a beautiful view as it sits on the waters edge at the river. It also had a nice balcony to sit outside and a swimming pool with chairs to lay out in the sun. If there are any concerns during your stay Rejane was fast in calling back. The air conditioner started leaking and she got a repair man to come out that afternoon. The building is well maintained. The checkout was just a little bit awkward. I would definitely stay here again. The people in the condo building are pleasant to be around.

The Condo and the view was absolutely beautiful!

Mrs Jenny called to make sure everything was working okay and that I was okay myself. Very, very sweet woman. My contract was extended another week and she allowed me to stay another week. I could not ask for a better hostess or place to stay. If I could give the condo and her a 100% I would. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks Mrs Jenny for having me and May God bless you abundantly.

Owners were very cooperative in timing of my visit and the condo was just as pictured. The view from the balcony was fabulous and the location of the condo in Cape Coral is great.
