Historic Colonial home with back open porch with patio furniture and grill overlooking a lovely backyard. The interior has front hallway with open stairway to second floor, plus back staircase.
The first floor has modern sunny kitchen with granite counter tops, great appliances and breakfast area.Other features include a dining room with large table for six or more plus nonworking brick fireplace and mantel. The home also has a cozy living room , den with flat screen television and cable plus full bathroom with tub and shower. First floor also has a bedroom with two twin beds.
The second floor has four bedooms with two queen beds, king bed and trundle bed all with bedside tables and dressers.A center hallway leads to a lovely library with flatscreen television.The second floor also has a bathroom with shower.
Off street parking with bicycle storage in garage bay one house away from home.
Five minute walk along cobble stone street to many fine resturants, pubs, shops and ferries to the mainland. A perfect spot for a vacation with or without a vehicle.
