5 mins from Sarlat, 15 from Montignac Lascaux and 20 from Les Eyzies (Vallée de l'Homme), very pretty house completely renovated with exceptional views, large "solarium" terrace and shaded area. Tiled swimming pool 10 by 5, private (security provided by reinforced cover). The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a SAM-living room-kitchen area. It has TV, bluetooth "tour" channel and all the necessary equipment. Sheets and towels not provided. Owners possibly on site but at a distance.
Not living in the place all year round, we have to check, for each reservation, the availability of the people carrying out the entries / exits. For this reason it is preferable to send us a message before any reservation. The swimming pool is, in principle, only open in high season; a supplement (linked to the visit of a pool engineer) will be requested if requested for June and September.
