Decorated in an elegant style, high comfort in a warm atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and a fantastic view. Free Wi-Fi offered.

Great place - location would be hard to beat.

This place was wonderful. I was concerned about the price, but it was completely worth it. It is walking distance to everything you want to do in Paris. Very clean, and everything worked well. Had no issues. It was so nice we asked to add a day and the immediately responded and made it work. I would highly recommend this location.

Lovely studio in great location

Studio with king size bed. Good sheets and towels, i am very picky... Location is close to many attractions, shops and restaurants. No AC, typical for Paris, but it was cool and comfortable. Sometimes noisy due to street traffic and lively bistro nearby, so we turned on a white noise app that solved that issue. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Perfection!

This seemed too good to be true, but we read the other reviews, and I’m so glad we chose it! Check in was easy, the apartment was so well appointed- everything you need for a beautiful Paris stay. The location couldn’t be better, the view from the windows is stunning, and the little things are all there (laundry if you need it, champagne and water in the mini fridge, just very cute). What a great experience and great value!

Very nicely appointed

Property was not is a central location for sightseeing. We were told at check in that taxis didn't frequent the area. It was extremely loud all night, so folks should know this. while it was a nice property the cost was high for the value.

Regarding your comments : the apartment is located literally in the very center of Paris right in the middle of ALL attractions but in a quiet street so if i may your comment is kind of misleading. Regarding the noise, after many years of hosting in this apartment and more than hundred 5* reviews, not one single guest has complained about the noise, you are the first and only one !

Beautiful flat in a perfect location

We loved our stay at this flat. Perfect location for sightseeing, eating and metro stops. Very cute flat, the view outside the windows was so Parisian. You’re right in the middle of it all. We found a great stop for breakfast right around the corner and there were many other places for later meals. From this location it was walkable to the Louvre and other museums. The city is very walkable and east to get anywhere. The bathroom was a tight squeeze and had a wonderful shower. Our host was great and met us to check in. They also left us a bottle of champagne for our visit. Highly recommended place for your Paris visit.

Perfect spot for two in Paris

The location is fantastic. It is easy walking distance to the Louvre, the Opera, the Palais Royal, at least three metro stations as well as cafes, grocery stores and all types of shops. The neighbourhood and the building are very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and the bed is comfortable.

Merveilleux, Vincent formidable

Pacy et Vincent se sont très bien occupé de nous, l’apart est génial et sans doute le mieux situé qu’il nous ait été donné de louer à Paris. Tout est accessible, le Louvres, les restos, le métro, vraiment rien à redire. Seul bémol, l’ascenseur qui a été en panne pendant plusieurs jours, et comme c’est au 5 ieme inutile de dire que nos jambes en ont payé le prix, de plus nous sommes restés pris dans l’ascenseur, et un peu paniqués, mais avec une carte SIM du pays, facile de rejoindre les secours qui se sont pointés en trente minutes et très gentil. Bref plus de peur que de mal. Ah oui, on eu aussi un épisode avec un paty qui a duré jusqu’a 4 h du matin. Et assuez-vous quand même de fermer les fenêtres le soir, sinon c’est tout de même bruyant. Mais avec un endroit aussi central, c’est un peu normal.

Delightful apartment

Fantastically located and brilliantly comfortable. By far the best place I’ve stayed in Paris: clean, comfortable, functional and it has an elevator. A huge comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom (albeit small - it is Paris after all), and a small kitchen, enough to prepare small meals with a washing machine which takes the stress out staying more than a few days. Vincent is a wonderful host with excellent communication, deserving of super host status. We felt very welcome and would certainly return in future. I cannot recommend Vincent’s highly enough.

Vincent is an excellent host, who takes care to ensure his guests are looked after and have complete privacy at the same time. He was punctual and charming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment is perfect for a couple who like to enjoy the wonderful location and comfortable,well appointed apartment. The spacious lift to the 5th floor is a rarity in Paris and made life very easy. Excellent value for money as well
