Brand new house, fully equipped featuring gas fireplace, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, covered front porch and private back deck with gas grill. Linens are provided, there is a fully equipped kitchen, snow plowing is provided and all utilities paid. Very private and quiet, beautiful in any season. Twenty minutes from Newfound Lake and Wellington State Park for summer water activities and the foliage can't be beat! Available for weekends or longer stays, and a seasonal rental for the winter would be considered for the right family!

Quiet location but close to everything

My husband, my adult daughter and I, along with our dogs, spent 4th of July weekend here to escape the noise of the celebration at home. The house was perfect - clean, comfortable, and quiet. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the front porch and then visited the nearby communities of Bristol, New London, Sunapee, and Potter. The house is exactly as described and spotless. I’m certain a stay here in the fall would be beautiful!

Spacious and Clean Home close to Ragged Mountain

Host provided detailed information prior to stay and was easily available to answer any questions during our stay. Stayed in this AirBnb to attend a wedding at Ragged Mountain which was less than a mile away or a short 2 minute drive. We also could easily access the trailhead to hike Ragged. House was very clean upon arrival and there was plenty of space for us to make breakfast in the kitchen and hang out in the living room.
