• *Heated Pool - This pool can be heated for an additional fee of $300 + tax per week. Please note that the electric heat pump may not function if average outdoor temperatures fall below 55 degrees. If we are promptly notified during your stay that the pool heater is not functioning, all or a portion of the pool heat fee may be refunded. However, reservation changes or cancellations due to pool heater operation remain subject to the stated cancellation policy.
