Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to UGA’s stadium.
Rent this fully renovated lovely house in the heart of Five Points. The house is a classic Five Points arts and crafts bungalow fully renovated with all the modern conviences. It has a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal living and dining room, and a family 'day room' with hanging daybed. The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 down and 2 up. The downstairs bedrooms: a master suite with a queen bed and a to-die-for bathroom complete with walk in shower, clawfoot tub, double vanities, separate water closet with toilet and bidet. The other downstairs bedroom is a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed and sitting room attached. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony overlooking the back garden. The other upstairs bedroom has a futon in the sitting room. There is one shared bathroom upstairs. There are two water heaters in the house - this helps make sure no one runs out of hot water. (The master bathroom has its own.) There is parking for 3 - 4 cars in the driveway and more on the street. The house is an easy walk to Five Points

The house is perfect. An older remodeled home that has a chef’s kitchen, great outdoor space and plenty of room and bath rooms! Very close to bars and restaurants as well as Sandford stadium.

Circus house

Cute and eccentric circus inspired decor. Easily walk to stadium and downtown. Host was super nice and left welcome snacks and let us know about a neighborhood concert. We had the best time and will definitely book again.

Check in was very easy. The house was extremely clean! We were all impressed. We had a large group and there was plenty of space. Close enough to walk to campus and the game. Very convenient to restaurants. It was great!

Cozy, amazing location and outdoor area

Completely walkable to campus and the stadium. Far side of downtown but right by the restaurants etc at 5 points. We fully enjoyed the outdoor patio on a perfect fall weekend. Plenty of sleeping areas and 3 full baths. The upstairs area is a converted attic space, adorable but taller people will have to be careful. Nicely maintained older home in a very nice, well maintained area in 5 points. Would completely stay again.
