Come stay at our new home in the Avenues, close to Downtown to visit a college student or for a family fun weekend or an awesome girls trip! Enjoy all it has to offer like, central heat and air-conditioning, new comfy beds, new big screen TV above a warm gas fireplace, brand new sofa bed with queen mattress, new refrigerator in a fully stocked kitchen. Adorable kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the windows in the sun-room while you enjoy your morning coffee, and space to play games.

Lovely home

This home was just perfect for our visit . Lots of space, gorgeous decor inside and outside the home and perfect location to get to a lot of great spots near by. Wonderful stay

Home away from home

Every detail from decorations, outside fire pit and fountain, ping pong, all the kitchen supplies. Very comfortable beds. Can’t say enough. It was like I was in my own home. Covered patio with table games! Love this place.

Fabulous Experience

We rented this property for our family to stay when we were visiting Chico for my son’s graduation. I wish we had known about this fantastic get away sooner. It was truly everything as advertised and the nicest amenities very well done and you can’t go wrong when staying here for your next visit to Chico. Easy access an excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Peaceful and comfy

This home is so comfortable and homey. I settled in for a week and wanted for nothing. The hosts are easy to reach and respond immediately. The sun porch couch is is wonderful and super comfortable to have morning tea and read on. The AC works perfectly, and we slept like babies. Everything in the photos is exactly what you get. No negatives whatsoever.

Beautiful Home! The Perfect Place to Stay!!

We had the best time in this home! It has it all... a gorgeous sun room - all windows to view a beautiful back yard. Plenty of places to work if necessary. A fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances!! Indoor and outdoor games! A great bar-b-q grill with all the tools! The bedrooms were so comfortable and cozy! The decor is a fantastic mix of modern and antiques with amazing original hardware!! Everything was really comfortable, CLEAN, and made you feel at home!!! Thank you!! We will booking this property again soon!!

We're excited to host you and your family in our home in the "Avenues". Chico is such a great easy going town to visit and enjoy. Fantastic restaurant scene, everything from brew-pubs, including the famous Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, to high end steakhouses like 5th Street Steakhouse are a quick drive to. Downtown shopping is walking distance where you'll meet kind, warm shopkeepers that are quick with a smile.

Why they chose this property

This home has original hardwood floors, and the charm and character of the 1940's with modern farmhouse design. Well stocked kitchen awaits the chef in your group including a new outdoor propane grille with all the cooking utensils. We even provide spices and seasonings from local shops for your enjoyment. We regularly walk a short distance to downtown for meals or shopping as the location is ideal.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is a great unique space to enjoy the Californian weather while watching your group play cornhole or ping pong or simply relaxing by the firepit.
