Welcome to your perfect beachside escape—an inviting, recently renovated condo designed for making lasting memories with family and friends. This professionally managed and sanitized 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat accommodates 7 featuring a Queen bed in the master suite, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a bunk bed with a Double on the bottom and a Twin on top, comfortably accommodating families and groups.

Both bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled, with the guest bathroom offering a tub—perfect for kids. The condo features hardwood flooring throughout, a cozy fireplace, and a private patio with easy access to the beach just steps away. Relax indoors with a Smart TV in the living room, plus TVs in both the master bedroom and bunk room for the kids.

Located at Pelican Point, a quite complex at the end of Pajaro Dunes community on the ground floor. While we have dune views, sounds of the waves can be heard from our home. Within our gated Pajaro Dunes community, guests enjoy access to scenic walking trails, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, 24-hour security, and more. Please note that per HOA policy, BBQs are not permitted in the Pelican condos.

Perfectly situated between Santa Cruz and Monterey and just one hour south of Silicon Valley, this coastal retreat offers endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Popular nearby activities include kayaking, surfing, swimming, surf fishing, horseback riding, and bird watching. Just a short drive away, explore the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium, local wineries, restaurants, and shopping.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink. Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Turn off all appliances and heaters.
Close all window coverings. Return all contents & furniture to its original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.
Guest list required for visiting guests. Put any used towels in washing machine, but do not start the cycle. Return furniture to original position.

Great place to stay with a group

A bunch of us were staying there while in town for a friend's wedding. Was beautiful to be right on the beach. The condo was comfy for 7 adults and a toddler. Would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here 3 nights. We liked how quiet it was and how it was nestled in the sand dunes and so close to the ocean! It was also nice to be centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz.

The PERFECT family get away

Our condo had everything we needed! The location and accessibility to the beach is 10/10. The games and books helped distract my children in the early morning and evenings. The beach was clean and felt safe. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable.

Easy Access

Great location for families with smaller kids since the porch opens up right to the dunes for easy back and forth access. Well stocked and super clean unit with all the amenities we could want (and some we didn't even know we needed)! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed playing the many board games that were provided at night. Love Pajaro Dunes and we look forward to a return visit soon!

Lovely Home

Nice home behind the dunes with a private walkway to the beach. Lovely neighborhood to take a stroll, bird watch, and enjoy nature. The home was stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment (yeah for storage containers!), plenty of towels, and extra space heaters for those that get extra chilly. Tons of windows and natural lighting. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Girls Weekend

This was a great house for our group of girls. Loved the house, loved the location - sort of. Beautiful beach, but absolutely nothing near the area at all. Everything was a good 35-045 minute drive away. Other than that, perfect place! Well supplied!!! Thank you for a great stay! Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Very Clean!!!

Our only complaint is that you have to check in at one location and then have to drive to the 2nd location and get a parking pass. Otherwise a perfect location... walk out of the back slider to the boardwalk, up the stairs and there is the beach.

Easy access to the beach!

Enjoyed the property and the easy access to the beach via the back patio. It was quiet and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed all the sunlight in the condo. Bring your own shampoo— it wasn’t supplied which is a disappointment for someone who travels a lot and this feels like it should be a given. Also bring your own coffee. Some VRBOs supply coffee and some don’t so — planned for that.

A COVID Fatigue Retreat

We so enjoyed our stay in Pelican 3. The condo was perfect size and fully equipped for a family vacation. Due to Covid restrictions we stayed on the property the entire time and did all our own cooking for all meals in the condo. The kitchen was set up so well with everything you need to make great meals. We loved the quick 3 minute walk to the beach and even though it was chilly the weather was beautiful and made for a terrific stay. The cleanliness of the condo was superb and we felt extremely safe from others on the property as all staff and guests wore masks. We all planned that we will return each Christmas time to have a break.
