Amazing stay

We had a wonderful July 4th week in Montauk. The home was fabulous and an easy quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend this for a beach getaway!

Montauk oasis

This property was heavenly! The pool, proximity to the beach, family space and all the deluxe amenities were better than expected from the words and pictures. We had an exceptional family vacation. Thank you!

Memorial Day!

Was a lovely location, super close to the beach and a great house. We had hoped to use the pool more as we paid for heating. The welcome book and online said they heated it to 86 degrees. It never went above 81, which with 4 young kids (4,3,2,1 ages) the temp did make difference. We texted to ask to turn it up a few times and they never responded. They did let us check in early, at 2pm, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, 100% you should stay here - we were two families of 4, so 8 total people and it was more than enough space. If we booked again would want to clarify pool temp before paying extra to heat. But for basic listing was perfect!

Perfect stay

We really loved everything about the house. The location is perfect, walk to beach and close to town. The house works beautifully for large groups, we were 2 families, 8 total, and everyone had ample space for privacy. The home is very new and the kitchen and baths are modern and well appointed. It was a pleasure and we will be back.

Lovely beach experience

The house was brand spanking new-the kitchen has so many high end appliances, master bed room was enormous, there were two hangout spaces one upstairs one downstairs as well as outside areas the pool area and another two porches with nice furnishings. The pool was not large but lovely after a nice day at the super close beach. Town is pretty close too with good restaurants and The Montauk Brewery which was lovely. Also the house was very close to the harbor if you wanted to rent a boat which we did and caught fish! All in all an excellent experience.
