PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Always Morse Sunshine is the spot to be! What makes us different? We (the owners) directly manage all reservations and the property ourselves providing white glove treatment the entire experience from inquiry to post stay. The house is fully stocked with supplies and amenities to make packing easy and light and ensure a wonderful stay. Because who really wants to be searching for a kitchen gadget and not find it or have to run out for toilet paper or laundry detergent upon arrival on vacation?

The backyard was fully turfed and a putting green was added in June 2025, providing an oasis and endless Florida fun!

We delight in providing our guests with memorable and happy experiences on island time on Singer Island. We specialize in long-term stays (1 month or more), but delight in providing beyond memorable vacations to our guests, especially our families enjoying summertime getaways.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We have a quick check out check list located in our welcome book to make departure smooth and easy!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets & service animals are not permitted on any furniture under any circumstances. Evidence suggesting otherwise will result in additional fees.
If guests choose to use the pool heater, an additional fee of $300 per every 7 nights will be applied.
Any evidence detected by the owner of smoking anywhere on the property, will result in a $1000 fine.

We enjoyed the convenient location to fishing charter, snorkeling, site seeing, the beach and scuba diving. Instead of going out to eat, we cooked at the house and lounged around the pool. The property was described perfectly and met every need that we had! There were plenty of dishes, utensils, toiletries, and even spices! The house was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned and the pool was especially relaxing at the end of each day. Our hosts were attentive, helpful and friendly. Great Stay on Singer!

We had a great girls weekend at this VRBO. Christina was an excellent communicator and was so accommodating and flexible with us for our stay. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and it was fabulous to have our own pool and bikes to enjoy. The beach was a short walk down a private path and restaurants were a short uber away. A very relaxing stay…

A great property in a very nice location. We enjoyed being part of the local community once again and enjoyed the local restaurants and spent some relaxing days on Riviera Beach and visiting the local attractions. The house is wonderful, beautifully presented and a lovely pool. Christina has been an amazing host, great communications and ready to answer any questions we had. We would certainly repeat our visit in the future if the opportunity arose.

Wonderful spot in Paradise!

Every single detail was thought of - creature comforts abound in this perfectly appointed space. The kitchen even had a blender for our smoothies. Christina and Chris are the most thoughtful hosts we have encountered. They responded immediately with any questions we had and welcomed our Malamute. There were even food dishes and a mat for our pup! We would have extended our stay, but there were guests arriving the day we checked out. We will definitely be back - thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing place to stay!

Christina and Chris were wonderful hosts. House was beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking walks in the evening. Rarely left the pool or Lanai area. The bikes were awesome. Hadn't ridden one in years. Road up to Mulligan's frequently for breakfast. Perfect location. Truly felt like home.

Fantastic Stay with Family

The house had everything for a great mini vacation. I had 4 kids with me so we cooked every meal. The house was well stocked with what we needed to prepare. The kids took every opportunity to play in the pool. There were many rafts and pool games. The owners were very responsive and gave us many of great recommendations of things to do in the area. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was nice and the there was a quiet state beach across the way about a 2 min drive. Here we spent the day in the beautiful waters and soft sand beach. I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks for an amazing time! The kids are already asking if we can co it again!

Our Visit to Singer Island

Me, my wife, and a friend along with our four-legged baby “The Mia” had the pleasure of staying recently for 8 nights. The Mia loved it because she had a wonderful fenced back yard with grass. We were familiar with Singer Island since we have family that lives in the area. We also live in Miami, so we visit this area frequently, but have not stayed on the island in many years. The house is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to restaurants and shopping. To get to the beach is a short walk or you can drive a few minutes that has free parking. The house was fantastic, it was clean and supplied with virtually anything you will need including kitchen and beach needs. We loved the patio and the heated pool. My wife and The Mia enjoyed sitting in the sunroom. All the appliances were new along with the big outdoor gas grill. The owners are wonderful people. I wish we had gotten to meet them in person. Communication with them was phenomenal. They were very responsive to my questions and any issues. They had the house ready early, but we did not arrive early to take advantage of the early check-in. However, they did allow us a late check-out. I will recommend the property to friends and family coming to visit. Thank you Christina and Chris.

Top-notch host and a well appointed and equipped vacation home

You will not be sorry by renting this home. Extremely responsive and helpful host and a house with all the amenities do you need for a home away from home as well as items to truly enjoy a vacation. Highlights for us were the bikes, all the beach gear and of course the pool! It truly is an easy walk or bike to the local beach and very close to some delicious and fun dining options right there on Singer Island.
