Apartment located on garden level of single family home estate in quiet neighborhood, and located adjacent to beautiful Red Fox Natural Area. 1.5 MILES TO CSU CAMPUS!!
*SAFETY FIRST! In our best effort to keep everyone healthy we are putting a double pillow case on every pillow and washing both pillowcases after each visitor. We are also washing ALL the bed linens including blankets and quilted covers and pillow shams after each and every visitor. We care about you!
GREAT BIKING - connect to the elaborate Fort Collins Biking Paths System. As the apartment is at garden level, the apartment stays cool during hot summer days if you run the evaporative cooler fan and keep the shades closed.
