LOOK NO FURTHER THIS BEACH HOUSE HAS IT ALL!
It is a penthouse style two-level 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms beach house. One of the many unique features is the panoramic 360 views from all the rooms; making each room the best. It offers the best views in the entire complex. There are two large rooms upstairs with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, has one room with a queen sized bed; and the other downstairs room has a trundle bed with a full size bed on top and a pull-out twin bed underneath. Both downstairs rooms have large ensuite private bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and large living room. To satisfy all your family's morning drink needs, there is the latest K-ELITE Keurig machine, which allows you to make hot coffee, iced coffee for the hot summer months, iced tea - all with a push of a button. To make your stay exceptional and magical, there is a screened in porch out back - over looking the Bay, the beautiful blue glow inlet bridge, osprey/bald eagle nests, and the ocean - and a large porch in the front also with water views. This community has a lot of amenities to offer. Such as, large in ground swimming pool with an adults only section, 9 hole golf course with a small fee, Kiddie pool, miles of private nature trails, access to the Bay, basketball, volleyball, pickle-ball, and tennis courts. It is very private and quiet, lots to do to keep your family entertained for as long as you choose to stay. It is located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and Bethany Beach. Also, conveniently located bike racks - to store your bikes - are available right outside of the house. It is important to note that our WIFI internet connection has just been upgraded to corporate premium with lightening speed to meet all your family's virtual work and entertainment needs. Everybody can cozy up with their preferred electronic devices with this lightening-fast internet speed.
If you are interested in a 2-3 person tandem kayak, on premises rental, contact owner for specifics. No hauling or transportation required; it’s a very convenient option to make your stay hassle free, and as enjoyable as can be!
Also, if you want to take advantage of the amazing water access, boat storage during your stay is an option. Discuss with owner!!!

We had a wonderful time at Bethany Bay! Yass and Natalia were wonderful to book with and the home was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities of the community and especially enjoyed the beautiful views that every room has to offer. We will definitely be back!

The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the screened in porch overlooking the tidal pond. We spent a great deal of time out there. So much wildlife. It really was hard to leave.

It is a beautiful property, Everything in the listing is correct but there are some critical details that are not included. Based on the pictures we were expected a free standing house. The unit is actually a condo and is on the third floor of the building. One of the main features we were looking for was a first floor bedroom. The unit lists two first floor bedrooms, which is correct but a more accurate description would be to say that the bedrooms are on the first floor of a third floor unit. The owners were very timely in responding to our questions. Overall, it is a great property. A great third floor property,

Relaxing

The property was great. There was plenty of room for all 9 people and the property was convenient to many of the beach attractions. The view was great to wake up to each morning and we also enjoyed going to the pool. Great experience and would definitely come back.

We have stayed at many condos in Bethany Bay over the years and this by far had the most amazing views from every window, front deck, and screened in back porch! Everything was spectacular. Amazing trip and we will definitely return!!!!

Mother/Daughter Volleyball Weekend

We found this gem for a volleyball tournament weekend and couldn’t have been happier! We had such a lovely time! The location is great! The views are amazing and the owners are fantastic! We had the very best time!!!!

Very well run and spacious property with water views

Yass and Natalia were very efficient and responsive! Their place was exactly right for two families of four. The en-suite bathrooms really made it comfortable. Location was great for sunsets on the bay side of Bethany. Pool in the complex was great for the kids. Would recommend!

Beautiful Condo

My family really enjoy staying here! The condo was beautiful and it had great views of the Indian River. My kids loved looking at the turtles in the water from the screened deck! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Quiet retreat

The condo was as expected and spacious. Loved the views, screened in porch and access to the small beach. We golfed a few days and enjoyed the pool. The neighbors we came in contact with were very friendly. The communication with the owners was spot on, they replied in a very quick manner with any questions or concerns.

Bethany Bay Resorts

We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room for privacy. The home (end unit)is beautifully decorated and hosts lovely views of the marsh and waterway from the decks. We spent time at Bethany Beach Trail (beginning of resort), 9 hole golfing and relaxing by the pool(bring your own chairs). It was easy communication with the owner. They set out a safety basket of cleaning supplies due to Covid-19. Great place to stay, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

This is a spacious property with gorgeous views. The unit is on the third floor and has magnificent scenery. This is an end unit which adds to bright light and airiness. . The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with Yass, the owner is excellent and he answers immediately. He is always available. We really enjoyed our stay.

We would stay here again if the host provided more things that are typically provided: towels, bedding, TP, soap, etc. I didn’t like having to take up packing space in the car and hauling those supplies up three flights of stairs for nine people for just one night stay.

The property was great. Everything else is just commentary. I labeled my review as I did since the owner bombarded us with tens of emails and has labels everywhere with instructions. Not conducive with relaxation. Also, please include towels, sheets and toilet paper for future guests. The latter felt like Penny pinching.

Excellent vacation spot

This condo was just as it seems in the description - except the pictures cannot capture the peacefulness and amazing colors of the panoramic view of sunrise and sunset. The condo was clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen, had games and puzzles, comfortable furniture. Each day the blue herons and great egrets waded in the marsh outside the back porch. Even with the remnants of a hurricane, we were able to spend the day comfortably inside and watch the rising waters flow into the marshes. We went to the nearby state parks to ride bikes and walk on the beach. Because the summer season is over, it s best to call ahead to be sure that restaurants and stores are open - websites weren't up to date.

Fun-filled beacach week!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property had something for everyone: golf, pool & hot tub, wildlife watching, and we rented Yass's kayak, too! The location is great, close to so many things on Atlantic Ave like restaurants, shops, mini golf, grocery stores, and ice cream, yet away from the hustle & bustle, and very quiet and serene. The condo was lovely and very welcoming. My family & I were absolutely spoiled by each of the 4 bedrooms having it's own bathroom! The furniture was comfortable, from the big deep sofa to the dinning table & chairs to the balcony sets. Everything was very clean and obviously well taken care of. It's clear from the appointments and the nice notes left by the owners that they care deeply about their property and the comfort of their guests. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family, and would stay again!

Bethany Bay Beauty

This property was clean, spacious, and a perfect distance from the beach and activities for our traveling group. A few problems we had that could have been prevented and might be due to covid-19 and not normal, but no linens or towels were provided which I was not aware of. Also specifically rented this unit for access to washer and dryer, and it was out of order. Also, owner left the Bethany Bay owners association rules and regulations, like a 30 page document, a bullet point list of dos and don'ts would have been helpful such as no hanging beach towels over the rail to dry, or pool hours and basic rules. Oh yes and last thing, owner sent additional leasing contract from a totally different name the night before that went to my spam folder. Then he sent it again while I was driving. Impossible to read and sign an additional contract while driving. We ended up having to stop and had a lot of difficulty with google docs but in the end was able to get it back to owner in order to get the code for keys. Overall the vacation was a 9 out of 10. But the condo is a 10. Thank you

Beauty of a Gem!

I stayed at this beautiful serene beach house with my two best friends and it was the best girls trip we've ever had. The complex is meticulously kept as well as the house. The views of the bay and ocean are never ending and breathtaking. They are seen from every room and every window of the house. It feels as if you are on a boat and it feels so serene. Not only are the views of the water spectacular, there is also a plethora of wildlife that surrounds you as well. We saw majestic blue herons white heron, turtles, osprey, deer, and foxes. As a animal lover. this was one of my favorite things to do from house, especially from the screened-in porch. Each one of us had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms to ourselves, such a perk! The linens on the beds are very luxurious, soft, and the beds are made with such care. Every room has amazing views of the water and has a sophisticated theme. It was hard to choose which room to stay in. You want to stay in them all. Even the bathrooms have a serene vibe to them. The house has beautiful beachy touches with a special scrapbook the hosts made to showcase things to do in the area. This made our stay extra special. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all of the kitchen essentials needed. Everything in this house is luxurious, beautiful, and peaceful. The beauty is endless and there is so much to do. We truly had the best time! We cannot wait to return to the beauty of this hidden gem!

Beautiful and Serene

This condo is in a well maintained community surrounded by water in a location close to Bethany Beach. There are tons of turtles, osprey and a heron right outside the window. Yass has binoculars in the kitchen so you can see them up close. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. There are grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. This was our first time to Delaware and we visited Rehoboth, Bethany and Fenwick Island. The condo is in an excellent location for all 3! Of all of the beaches, we loved Bethany Beach the most. Our favorite restaurant that we visited was The Back Porch in Rehoboth. We loved kayaking with Delmarva Board Sports. There are about 3 flights of stairs up to the unit, which is on the top level. The entire building has fire alarms and fire sprinklers. There is a front porch/deck that gets full sun and faces the parking lot. The kitchen had everything we needed including full size appliances and a Keurig. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths which makes a HUGE difference when traveling! There are a full size washer and dryer plus a very big drying rack. The living room is comfortable as were all of the bedrooms. The only issue we had was keeping the temp at 78. Hot flashes plus 78 degrees inside were a struggle for us. We had the fans on high. You need to bring your own linens, towels, toilet paper... There were comforters and pillows on the beds but we only used our own. You do need to allow extra time the morning of check out because you need to wash dishes, courtesy hand towels, pillowcases and kitchen towels, then dry them and then rehang them. Yass was very friendly and responsive. The views are fabulous! The location is convenient. The condo is adorable, comfortable and relaxing and you will be happy you chose this one!

We live in the Philadelphia area and were looking for a place to call our own near the beach. We are both professionals and have a lot of hobbies and interests. We will enjoy it more after retirement but decided to rent it until then. Please enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home May of 2019 because we walked in and immediately fell in love with the views. No picture will ever do it justice, You will have to experience it to enjoy it. It is a real gem. The views are stunning, and they are forever changing depending on the time of the day. From aqua blue sky, clear blue water, pink hued sky, bright orange sunsets and sunrises, to the night time full moon light reflections on the water. It is our happy place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

It is located in a quiet community with a lot of amenities: Golf , tennis, beach volley ball, hiking trails in a private resident-only pine forest with two lakes, pool with adult only section, kiddie pool, and a large Jacuzzi. The location is ideal since you are close to Bethany beach, bay, shops, grocery stores and award winning restaurants.
