Fabulous 2 bedroom, plus den condo, located in a gated community!! It is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Ceilings are 9’, which make for a more open feel. Two fold out couches with mattress pads& bedding also available. All of the necessities are provided for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry.... just relax and bring your suitcases!

Fantastic condo

We had a great month long stay. The condo was spacious, clean and very well stocked. We spent a lot of time poolside and Merced many nice people. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi, This is Connie & Shawn Sheldon. We purchased this place in 2016 because we love the area so much! We live full time up in Maple Valley, Washington, but love the idea of being able to be in the Sunshine and dry climate that Arizona has to offer. When we both retire, we plan on moving to the area permanently. We so lucked out when we came upon this place, friendly people, lots of things to do, bicycling, pickle ball, swimming, Lake Pleasant is only ~17 minutes away and has 2 marina's, where you can rent boats, paddle boards and other water toys. Sedona, Jerome, Cave Creek, Tombstone, Apache Junction, just a few places worth venturing out further for too...

Why they chose this property

We love the well kept grounds, the complex shows pride of ownership! The condo seems very spacious with the high ceilings, two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and living area is nice size. Gym, Business center, theater room are all located in the same building, building 11. Unit balcony faces the pool area and is lovely to sit out on any time of the day. We enjoy our breakfast and dinner out there when it's not too warm.
