With a beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard and all of the necessary amenities, Rise N Shine is the perfect Michigan vacation destination for you and your loved ones! This charming cottage is located within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck’s shops and restaurants (a half-mile west), which also makes for a relaxing bike ride. The property is also only a mile from the area's most popular beach, Oval Beach. Quieter Douglas Beach (two miles southwest) and Saugatuck Dunes State Park (four miles north) are nearby as well.

After a gorgeous day spent out on Lake Michigan, relax on the deck or out front inside the three-season, screened front porch, furnished with a patio table set and comfortable lounge chairs and equipped with a split heating/air-conditioning unit.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, air-conditioning, two dog crates, and access to streaming TV services using your own accounts.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
