I had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth and easy.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had a great experience. I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay again!

We loved the beach cottage we stayed in the week of 2/13 - 2/19. It is in a convenient location to the beach and all the activities going on there plus necessities like a great grocery store nearby . The cottage is in pristine condition offering all the amenities anyone could want for a fun vacation.

First floor of a small, one bedroom bungalow just two blocks to the beach in a very quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a couple. Close to excellent grocery store. Beach towels and beach chairs provided and good, working bbq.

Great stay!

This was our second time booking this property for our summer getaway to Newport. It works well for a small toddler and couple. The home is clean, cute, walking distance to everything you want to do in Newport, and parking was easy to find on the street. We highly recommend booking!!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This beach bungalow is nicely decorated, large enough for a small family and in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping etc. The front patio is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by, but the neighborhood is quite and street parking was easier than we expected. Would love to come back again!

Great Stay!

This was a great stay! Location is amazing. Close to the beach, grocery store, ect. The only complaint we had was the noise upstairs. It was pretty loud at times and early in the morning. Other than that, great stay!

Great little hideaway

Pictures definitely did not do it justice. Just what we needed for our long weekend away! Beach was across the street, grocery store a short walk away next to awesome food locations as well! We were able to ride bikes everywhere and easily get to any spot we wanted! Highly recommend this place!

Great getaway

The house was clean and super cute! Great location, close to the beach and grocery store but not in a super busy area. The porch was perfect to sit and have coffee in the morning or grill and a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely go back!!

Charming, chic, clean beach cottage! Can see beach from front patio. Easy walk to both beach and boardwalk with shops, restaurants, bars. Did not need a car at all.Well-equipped kitchen when we just wanted to cook a bit or enjoy take-out. Host communication best I've ever experienced! Would give that a 10! The slightest question or concern was responded to and taken care of immediately.Will definitely book again!
