This modern, two-story condo on historic Lafayette Street is the home-away-from-home you seek! Our newly remodeled property boasts an open layout, tons of natural light, quartz counters, stainless appliances, hardwood and tile floors, 2.5 bathrooms, a walk-in master closet, 3 Smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The outdoor space features 1st and 2nd floor decks overlooking a secluded, grassy backyard, a gas grill and huge dining table for 8! There are two parking spaces. A garage offers plenty of storage space and increased security for your bicycles and other personal belongings. We are conveniently located one block from a multi-million-dollar park (and dog park), 5 blocks from the Washington Mall, 4 blocks from the supermarket and .6 miles from the beach, straight down Madison (with a beach box at Queen St. from Memorial Day to Labor Day to store beach gear). Our proximity to the Physick’s Estate and Southern Mansion put you front and center during Cape May’s magical celebrations of Halloween and Christmas! If your goal is family fun and bonding, with the option for everyone to have their space come the end of the day, this quiet, welcoming condo will have you returning time and again.

Currently, we only offer rental periods of seven or fewer nights (depending on the season). There is a 7-night minimum during peak seasons and there is a per-dog pet fee.

We look forward to our home being part of the joy you experience and one of the places where you and your loved ones create memories while visiting this favorite seaside resort!

We just loved our long week in this home for Thanksgiving! Our family of four and our little poodle felt right at home! They house is very clean, well decorated and very welcoming! Everything we needed was there and more! Kids loved playing the board games! It was in the perfect location, close to Washington Square and Beach area. We will definately be back!

Lovely home

We had a great stay. The home is lovely, and even nicer than in the pictures. The location is great and it’s a quick walk to the beautiful beach, or into quaint Cape May for shopping and restaurants. My family stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Cape May, and the property was absolutely perfect for us and our pup. It was super clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We've loved Cape May for years. We vacationed here, ourselves, many a time. It's a dream come true to share our home with others who have fallen in love with this seaside resort, or are about to. We are also huge dog people, who hope your dogs enjoy their vacation too!

Why they chose this property

Our vacation goals usually include family fun and bonding, with the option for everyone to have their space come the end of a long, fun day! This condo is particularly well suited to meet that need. Kids can watch movies upstairs while parents share a glass of wine on either of two backyard decks. The grassy and roomy backyard is sure to be alluring to guests and their dogs! The garage storage is an added bonus!
