Majestic Sun 614A at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, is a beautiful newly renovated Gulf view 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom updated beach condo located directly across from the beach on the sixth floor and sleeps a total of 10. This vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master suite! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly renovated and updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal, while the dining area and breakfast bar can seat guests comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with the beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HDTV, and a private bath. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and a private bathroom. The third is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed, plus a trundle bed, with an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit is an end unit; therefore, you will not be disturbed by traffic or outside foot noise, and it conveniently offers a laundry room. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 10.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

The location was amazing! Easy to access the beach and great view of the water from the room. Pools and gym were also nice to have. The condo was clean and comfortable and the process for checking in and out was so easy!

Excellent vacation

This is our third time staying here. The remodeling is impressive and beautiful. The facility was clean and decorated tastefully. Love the new furniture, counter tops, walk-in shower and ceiling fans. All the new changes in the bathrooms are great! It could use new cookware though. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful view of Gulf

Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked with necessary items to cook. Beds were not that comfortable. Went the week of spring break, very noisy until late at night. But I’m sure it is that way anywhere on the gulf. Very convenient to shopping and eating out. Overall nice place!

Great place!

This was a perfect place for a big family. The room was clean but we did notice a lot of sand on the floor upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The only negative was the beds were older and made a lot of noise when moving around. Other than that the place was perfect for our family. One thing we absolutely hated was the elevators took FOREVER! We had to take the stairs a few times. I’m sure it was the time of year and it was crowded but it was an excessive amount of time to wait especially when you have groceries!

The pool area was nice. However, due to the rip tide situation all week the pool area was very crowded. Not management's fault that we couldn't swim in the ocean but very hard for kids to swim & play when there were so many people in the pool. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider renting here again.

A Great Experience

We made a last minute decision for a beach trip and it could not have been better. This was our first time renting a condo, we usually rent a house. Our kids in their early 20s enjoyed the amenities, we all enjoyed everything we needed being with in walking distance. Many great restaurant options. The ocean view was amazing. I was concerned about the road between beach and the condo, but we didn’t even notice it. The condo was clean, decorated nice and comfortable for 5 adults. The beach chairs provided were a bonus and appreciated. The only recommendation is a new mattress for the primary bedroom. We visited during spring break. While there were people of all ages, the majority of people were college age. Something to keep in mind. We will return again.

It is a little bit of a drive to Destin, where many of the restaurants and activities are. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice. We were disappointed with the condition of the condo. The chairs on the balcony were stained and the lounge chair was broken so we couldn't sit in it. The coffee maker didn't work, there was a hole in the wall by the front door, the dresser was broken in the master bedroom, and there were no hangers in the closest. The condo needs a major upgrade - for the money we paid we feel it should have been in better condition. I do have to say the rental company was good about coming and replacing the broken coffee machine and trying to fix the sliding glass door that wasn't working properly.

Great view of the ocean. Unit needs desperate attention

I will say that we did enjoy our stay in Destin at this condo. However there are some things that you will want to know. The cleaning crew needs to spend an entire day in this place. Baseboards look like they haven't been wiped down in 10+ years, ceiling fans have caked on dust, all side tables have dust everywhere, underneath furniture is disgusting, paint is chipping off of walls, etc... Maintenance wise, the bunk bed bath toilet is crooked, the master bath vent smells like an electrical burn, tile grout is disgusting, always ran out of hot water because of the types of faucets/shower heads used, lock on the patio door is a pain, ice maker didn't work, tile is loose and will eventually break on a future renter any day now, pavers in the inside pool are loose and coming up, etc. I'm sure I could explain more but I think you get the hint. The condo itself has great potential. 3 bed, 3 bath, full kitchen/dining set and laundry. I just wish that the owners took a little more time to care for it. This is by far the worst kept condo we've stayed in Florida in the past 10+ years. I just wish there was more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The sheets/towels/beds all seemed clean which I guess is the most important. The rest of the place not so much.

A broken mess

I would never recommend renting where glass mgmt is involved. Check in on here states 4 pm on Vrbo we didn’t get in until after five something and right away the window curtains rod was out of the wall, the stools in the kitchen seating were filthy. The master bedroom bathroom door was hanging off. The dresser drawer in the master almost fell on my feet where it was broken. The bed squeaked so loud at any movement. The patio floor was filthy with all this black gunk. The spatulas had all this white powder on them in the drawer. For 5500 I would never stay here again nor rent from them. I contacted them right away and they never fixed anything except brought up a new spatula and fixed the bathroom door knob. The positive thing is the kitchen island is beautiful but the master shower was molded in there. The patio door was missing a handle. The building itself was average. We had stuff stolen outside and so did the people staying right next door to us when they pulled in to unload their stuff. We left our floats outside and they were taken. I asked lost and found if security took them there but they didn’t. Of the mgmt tries to reply to this by saying anything that was not their fault. I contacted them about four times with things. I am not unreasonable this is just not a great place. They need to do a deep cleaning and fixing before renting it again

It was very clean, all of the electronics and kitchen appliances worked, the AC stayed cold and and there was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Mornings were spent sipping coffee before hitting up the beach and pool. The kids had fun with the Ice Cream shop downstairs and the outdoor pool (we didn't use the indoor). The grounds were well kept, clean and it felt very safe. The location to the beach and shopping and restaurants was very convenient. The only negative review we would give is the beds could be a little more comfortable (they were loud, squeaky and mattresses sort of caved in towards the middle) but knowing this is a rental, we aren't expecting Top Quality beds. The girls enjoyed the bunk room and had no complaints. We would definitely return and rent this unit again!

The condo was very nice and clean.I chose an early check in, as our flight was to arrive earlier in the day. After we ate lunch, I went ahead and called because I had not yet received the door codes. The man I spoke with was very nice and sent the codes right away. It was a Sunday check in and he apologized stating they didn’t have many Sunday check ins. He also informed us the inspection was fine, except one tv wasn’t working.Within an hour of us being there, maintenance came and fixed the tv.The location of this condo is very ideal if you have small children. We were able to get back to the condo quickly if our toddler wasn’t handling the beach well or needed to rest.We did have a sound machine in our room for the baby, but the other rooms did complain of noise during the night from other guests.The beds were not super comfortable, and if you made any movement from side to side they would make a noise. That is the only thing I would upgrade.We would definitly go back again!!! We had a great time.

This is the first year we had any problem in the unit. The washer did not work for the last half of our week, which was an inconvenience. Regardless, we will definitely stay here again.
