Bright and spacious 3 bedroom home, with sunny south facing deck and private garden full of mature shrubs & greenery.
The accommodation is all on the main level of the house. The living room flows into the dining & kitchen area, which flows through to the bright & sunny family room. A sunny south facing deck leads off from the family room & steps down lead into the private garden.
The kitchen is well appointed and spacious with lots of cupboard & counter top space. This is open to the dining area that is furnished with a beautiful marble table & seating for 6 people.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms accommodating 5-6 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is spacious with a separate shower and a bath tub.

Off street parking for 2 cars and ample of street parking available.
