Summary:
A beautifully crafted home centred around a private pool, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an easy walk to Oneroa Village and Blackpool Beach.
The Space:
Blackpool Boathouse is designed for relaxed indoor–outdoor living. The home wraps around a central courtyard pool, creating a calm, private space for slow mornings, shared meals, and warm afternoons in the sun. The pool is heated from Labour Weekend until 1 May, extending the swimming season while keeping the outdoor area usable well into the cooler months.
The open-plan living and dining area has a wood fire for winter stays and opens directly to the poolside deck. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ create an easy flow between the kitchen and the outdoors, making this a practical base for groups who like to cook, swim, and spend time together.
The kitchen is professionally equipped, giving guests everything needed for holiday cooking or simple breakfasts before heading out. In the main house, two double bedrooms sit close to the living areas, each paired with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom sits in a self-contained studio with its own bathroom, offering privacy for couples, older teens, or guests wanting their own space.
Every detail of the home has been considered, from the layout to the furnishings, making it a comfortable, easy place to settle into from the moment you arrive.
