Location, pool, communication, comfort of bed, size of bath and closet all positive. I don't recommend this for 3 people and several thing could have been cleaner.

This location was amazing! (We were there for a concert at the Egyptian Room.) Excellent walking distance from some amazing food and shops. The host was very responsive and helpful through is having to change dates part way through the booking process. The space was clean, easy, and we'll appointed. Parking was included in a designated deck. I would highly, highly recommend.

The area was very walkable to everything in downtown Indy. There are quite a few restaurants, bars, shops in the area. The area seems pretty busy at night and felt very safe. On arrival, we had a problem scanning the QR code provided. The agent at Cozy Suites put us on hold for a bit. A bit later she informed us it was malfunctioning. We gave her our plate information and she assured us she would take care of everything

While the unit itself was clean and odor-free, the smell in the hallway was overwhelming (think days old garbage). Per others in building, this is a persistent issue on 4th floor. Check in procedures could be clearer, with all required details in one concise message versus information on various pages.

Said there would be a parking pass in the unit, but there wasn’t one needed. Room smelled like vomit when we got there. Had to air it out & spray Febreeze. Bed made noises with every move b/c there were missing screws and screws not completely screwed in.Pool area was nice but was closed for the first day.

Super clean stay, and super helpful host! We checked in pretty late at night and were having trouble navigating the complex, but the host was very supportive and helpful!
