Please bag all trash before disposing of it .A large trash ben is located outside. simply walk around back of building to access it
Please return keys in box 3, any lost or misplaced keys will be an additional charge of $50
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Clean and neat. Only complaint would be we were a fsmily of 6 and only got 2 towels and wash cloths, had to go buy some and we cooked both days and only had 2 garbage bags big family more trash. Other thsn that no issues, great stay

Host was friendly but response time was slow. I didn’t get wifi password until second day. There were limited kitchen items. Three medium size plastic cups and plastic plates. Coffee maker and filters but bring your own coffee. There is public parking which is good. There were plenty of towels and hot water. AC is cold. It has a normal sized fridge and oven if you need to stay for more than a day or so to cook your own food. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, it did the job for what I need it to, which was a place to stay for two nights that was last minute and cheaper than any most hotels.

The house was decently clean. Beds were comfy and clean which is the most important to me. We had a few glitches with finding the key during the check in process as it was in the wrong spot but the host responded quickly and helped us sort it out. A few other minor glitches, but again, the host was apologetic and offered compensation for our troubles which was appreciated. The kitchen is very basic - all plastic plates, no mugs, no glasses, no toaster, and no kettle, and very little cutlery. There is a tiny coffee pot. A grill was advertised, but we never found it. Overall, it suited our needs but I thought the price was a bit high for what we got.
