Our luxurious cabin is newly renovated from top to bottom, inside and out. Everything is brand new, upscale and well appointed. Situated on 1+ acre, you'll love the gorgeous views from the two decks. The great room is a stunning gathering place with beautiful views out every window. There's comfy seating with a large gas fireplace and TV. A big family dining table is ready for what you prepare in our fully equipped kitchen. Just wait until you see our lovely bedrooms featuring beautiful linens. You'll love the fresh new bathrooms. There's an an outdoor grill on the upper deck and a large fire pit in case you are looking to roast hotdogs and marshmallows. We can't wait for you to make memories with your family and friends here! Grand Lake is my family's favorite place to be. We love the beauty, wildlife and the mountain town vibe. We enjoy adventure so the boating, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, ATVing, campfires, and evening sunsets make it the perfect place to make memories. It truly is our happy place.
Why they chose this property
It was quite a journey completely gutting this 1970 cabin, transforming it into the inviting, beautifully appointed property it is now. We replaced everything, inside and out - appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows, furnace, hot water heater, etc. We are so happy with the result and have received rave reviews from our guests.
What makes this property unique
Located on 1+ acre lot with few cabins around, you will feel a real part of the beauty of Colorado. The views are amazing. The enchanting, historic town of Grand Lake is nearby. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a 5 minute drive away. Seeing wildlife is a common experience. Relax on one of the two decks. Roast hotdogs and marshmallows in the fire pit. Grill steaks on the deck. Cozy up to the fireplace with a book. Or, if adventure is more your thing, opportunities abound - hiking, ATV-ing, golfing, boating, fishing, snowmobiling. Nature awaits.
