Ideally located in front of the Port of Nice, on the 3rd and last floor without elevator.

The entrance to the apartment is by stairs, giving onto the first level (air-conditioned):

- A beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped with cooking plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
