Family beach house, 2 Blocks to beach 1 block to downtown

4 bedroom and two baths which includes new master suite with bathroom washer and dryer. Huge deck. New living room. Air conditions in every room. Once you arrive everything is walkable. Check in time 3 be on the beach at 3:30!!!

Summer Vacation

Terry was a great owner and very helpful with anything we needed. The location and house was perfect. Was just a short walk to the beach and I would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when we come back up.

The house was lovely, the location great and the fenced in yard was wonderful for our young grandchildren to play while we grilled food or got ready for the evenings events. Was a great time. Terry and his wife are wonderful to deal with. Can't wait to go back next year. Highly recommend.

Location was good, about 10 minute walk to the beach and pierThe upstairs was fine, although the listing failed to mention that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom, which should have been disclosed.Downstairs was another story. It was obvious the house was not professionally cleaned for quite some time. The floors, countertops, and windowsills were all very dirty. Additionally, the whole place had scrapes, scuffs, and marks on the doors and woodwork, which made the house feel unclean. In the kitchen, there was also a radiator that was uncovered on the end, making it unsafe for children . Outside, some of the patio chairs were rusty. Hammock was unusable.

Close to downtown OOB and beach

We enjoyed our first trip to Old Orchard Beach! Didn’t have the best weather so it was nice to be so close to downtown attractions!

Great house with a great location

Absolutely loved this house. Everything is updated and clean. The house is about 2 blocks from everything. Great back yard with a deck and a lot of seating. I definitely recommend this house and will be staying there again in the future.
