Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return pool pass to dining room drawer.
Ensure grill is turned off and that no trash has been left on patio. Return utensils to kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking - There is space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked in the overflow lot behind Outback. No street parking!
Grill can only be used on common grassy area behind house, per community regulations. Please remove any garbage and return grill to patio after use.
Pool Pass must be returned prior to checking out. There is a $50 fee for a lost pool pass.

Our stay in Rehoboth Beach was perfect. We were on a family vacation and the place fit our needs very well. There were enough places to sleep and eat. Everything was well stocked. We really only had to take some food. As far as cleanliness it was spotless from top to bottom and I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Rehoboth.

We had an absolutely fantastic visit to this wonderful home. The beach house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The location is convenient to the beach, outlets and restaurants. Donna the owner is amazing!! They provide so much for the renters/ families so you don’t have to bring everything in your car. House is absolutely beautiful and very very clean! Love the beds- so comfortable and anything you need she provides. Highly recommend and we will return next year 😊

We had a great time at this property! It is located so close to the beach, restaurants and outlets. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded from all the beach traffic. The house was very clean and comfortable, also decorated super cute! The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. My family will definitely be back to visit again!

This was the perfect condo to accommodate my whole adult family of 8 including significant others. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and the kitchen has all the necessities needed. The beds were very comfortable and the beach decor throughout the condo is beautiful! All bathrooms included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bikes were a bonus and we were able to ride to the beach through the on-site trail and even stopped at a brewery during our travels! A lot of dining options to walk to and there’s a mini golf, batting cages and water park close by. Check-in/out was a breeze and the owner is very accommodating. If you’re looking to accommodate a large party, this is the perfect place to stay!

A lovely place - clean, nice furnishings. Hosts were very responsive and kind although we had no needs as everything was as expected 😁 Definitely recommend. Very short drive to beach and everything. Love the 3 level layout - grandparents used first level master suite and we were on 3rd level with adorable balcony. No complaints!! Great trip, great stay! Thank you!

Rehoboth Revisited

This is the second consecutive year for our family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) vacation at this property. The condo is clean and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches. There is the opportunity to come together for meals, games, etc., but also the space to have quiet time. We had a wonderful week and look forward to returning in the future.

The property was wonderful for our family (8 people) vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed the availability of bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was very nice. We alternated between beach and pool all week. The walk to the beack was significant, but we shuttled down instead. All in all, a grat week!

The townhome was so incredible. Clean and inviting from the minute you open the front door. Everything you could possibly need is provided by the owner. Absolutely Perfect!

We can't say enough good things about this property. It was immaculate. There was so much roominess. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped with items we thought we would have to purchase or work around. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to places in the area. Having beach chairs, towels and umbrella saved us on having to find room to pack the car. The home is in a very quiet area. Donna was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Best Place I've Rented

I have rented previously in Rehoboth Crossing, Canal Corkran and Edgewater Park. This, by far, was the best value. It was particularly clean and close enough to the beach and downtown. You wouldn't wallk into the city but driving was no problem. Donna was exceptionally accomodating and responded quickly to some pre-arrival questions. The younger kids thoroughly enjoyed the bonus room. I would return anytime and look forward to the next "mini-vacation." Here's a tip: purchase the linen package- we did and arriving to find bedding made and sufficient linens was convenient. Great 3 days!

We just had an awesome Girl’s Birthday Trip in Rehoboth! The beach house was absolutely amazing! Donna promptly answered all of my questions prior to arrival. Check in was a breeze and the beach house was even more beautiful in person! My friends and I loved it! Donna provided everything you could possibly think of in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked! Linens and bath towels were included, beach chairs and beach towels were provided, and there were bicycles in the storage area! The unit was beautifully decorated and we loved the screened in deck! Donna was a wonderful host and we appreciated having such a clean, comfortable and inviting space. This was our favorite VRBO rental and I highly recommend it! I plan to bring my family back to enjoy it next year! Thank you Donna!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Beach Vibes! The communication between Donna and I (from day one) was top notch. She was very prompt with her replies and was extremely helpful with giving suggestions as to where to go for fun, etc.; the property was hands down one of the most cleanest shore homes we have ever stayed in. It was over and beyond! I appreciate attention to details and the owners even labeled which light switches are for the fan, the porch, etc; very thoughtful! It was also decorated so beachy and fun and very modern. The location was another bonus! You are near a ton of stores and just a short drive to the beach. The owners really took their renters needs into mind and I wish I could just pick up this home and take it with us to every shore town we visit! It is that great :)
