The host was very welcoming and accommodating and when we had a problem with our first location he put us in another place same day no problem. I appreciate his flexibility and his ability to adapt for us.
Perfection is the goal. Anyone considering being my guest, when there is an imperfection, please let me know about it and allow me the opportunity to exceed your expectations. Thanks for the kind review.
We were in town for a 3 day competition at Lucas Oil and the location was convenient with very inexpensive Uber/Lyft options. It was walkable, but the weather was hot and we chose not to. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easy to adjust. The space was nice to hang out in!
House was perfect for our stay near downtown, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was smoot, no complaints. Definitely would stay again.

Good location in Bates-Hendricks area
This would be a great place for 4-6 college buddies to stay for a game. A lot of space. Short walk to Fountain Square, a bit longer to downtown Indy but still walkable. The unit is a bit rough around the edges, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. Small things could use a little TLC to easily make this place a 5-start property
Super clean and easy access to everywhere we needed to go in Indy! Host was very easy to communicate with from booking to checking in and checking out. Would definitely stay here again.
Old, but we’ll kept up. Located in an interesting area in transportation.

That is an apt and accurate portrayal of this property. We’ve got a few squeaky hinges here and there and are always looking to modernize where it counts.
We enjoyed staying in this neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and Garfield park. The house shows it's age and has a few quirks but it didn't impact our stay in any major way.
Had a weekend stay to attend a Colts game. Older property, but well kept and clean. Close to downtown. Property owner was responsive. Overall a good value.
We had an awesome stay, my daughters and spouses along with a friend and my 2 grandkids all stayed here. We had an awesome time. The owner even came and put in a window ac because he hadn't put it in yet and the upstairs was a little too hot to sleep comfortably. The owner was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Even offered a refund on our stay if we didn't think the place would work for us with our kid to adult ratio. There was a queen size air mattress that was comfortable to sleep on. Plenty of dishes to make our own meals. The only downfall was that there was only 1 shower and it was upstairs ( but that's where all the bedrooms are so it worked out for everyone except the one person who was downstairs ) will def stay again.
Close to town, nice house (oldie but a goodie). Across the street from a convenience store .
One note - not a complaint - you are close to a highway and bedrooms are upstairs, so bring a sound machine or ear plugs and a sleep mask.

You are close to the street, not a highway though. The comment is not without merit I may seek to add a note in description, but I don’t know how much more context you need being right in the thick of downtown Indianapolis.
We we went to Monster Energy Supercross at Lucas Oil Stadium. The distance is walkable, we walked one leg and took a Lyft the other.
House was spacious enough so my teen could have time to himself in one of the bedrooms.
My kids first time in a VRBO.
My friend and I met here with our two teens as it’s half way between where we live. House is within walking distance of cute restaurants (daiquiri factory, coffee shop and burger place). Very close to downtown - dog friendly neighborhood (coffee shop gave him treats). House is spacious and comfy but it’s very basic so if you need fancy wouldn’t recommend. It was budget friendly and fun area so perfect for what we were looking for. Owner also very responsive.
Very good place to stay for any events at Lucas Oil. Dishes were left in dishwasher from previous gusts. I think they were clean. We left in and did not use any. Walks are thin. We could hear the people in the other sides conversations. We were iffy about the neighborhood. We chose to Uber instead of walk the mile and a half to the stadium area. Overall great place.
It was nice to be relatively close to Lucas oil stadium. The stairs getting into the townhouse were difficult to handle and the front door lockbox didnt work. The shower was incredibly slippery! The owner needs to put something down on the tub or install bars to hold on to. Overall, the townhome was a decent place to sleep.
Clinton was good to work with. He responded to texts quickly if we had a question. We came into town for the MEQ volleyball tournament. Parking at the house was easy as was getting to the convention center which was about 1.5 miles away. The house was older but quaint and aside from having only one shower, our stay was just fine.
Stayed for a Colts game. Walking distance to the stadium. Good communication with the owner. Getting the front door to lock and unlock was a challenge for us, but everything else was fine.

Guest immediately we’re looking for bags for their race track stuff while the garbage cans all
Had liners and were ready to receive. Extra bags for the main trash were dropped off and I confirmed all the bathrooms had full rolls of TP with an extra hanging ready. I’m unsure what supplies this refers to. All garbage could be bagged but apparently not carried to the roller 20 feet away? Good people, obtuse rating and review.
