Master bedroom has King size bed & full on-suite bathroom upstairs. Second spacious bedroom has a Queen bed w/option of adding another queen air mattress or a single. TV's in both bedrooms & living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa with queen-sized bed. Full second bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, coffee maker & coffee pod maker, evening seasonings & electric grill. Boat slip available and boat ramp within 1 minute Walk/drive across street @ Marina. Large pantry closet of kitchen with full size washer & dryer. Plenty of parking for vehicle, trailer & boat even RV. We provide beginning essentials such as all paper goods, soaps for bath and kitchen, linens, towels, and many other condiments to make your stay comfortable. Golf cart available for rent. Excellent fishing in backcountry and gulf. The wildlife is Amazing! The people are so down to earth. The condo is one of the nicest around and yet cozy & comfortable.
