Just a short drive from the National Comedy Center, Bemus Point, or Chautauqua Institution making the location perfect! These accommodations offer a propane grill, dock and boat lift (lift set up for pontoon boat), private porch, fire pit, laundry room, and window A/C's just to name a few amenities of this rental.
