Thank you so very much for sharing. We are thrilled that the home met your needs and sounds as if it exceeded expectations. We look forward to welcoming you back to our home again in the very near future.
Very nice house for a large group. Clean and nicely furnished. The roads to get up are steep and can get slippery if it snows so the right car is needed. Great stay!

This home is beautiful! We loved our stay here. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything that we needed for our stay. The property manager communicated quickly and was very helpful. Easy check in and out process. We highly recommend this home and we will come back again!

We hate to hear this. We really wish that you would have at least shared what exactly you didnt like about the home. Reviews such as this is a bit unfair and serves as no real help in making future guest truly and accurately aware of your experiences.
Fantastic house. Nice Mountain View. Plenty of space. 2 family rooms. Tons of decking. Large TVs everywhere. Room for 3 cars to park. Huge kitchen island. It was a great place for a family getaway. The separate bar area was a nice extra that we enjoyed spending time in at night.

Thank you so much for sharing. Knowing our guest had a great time and enjoyed the property is its own reward! Take care and we hope you will revisit sooner rather than later.
My family and I had a great time on the property. The property had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. 3 Propane tanks were full and ready to go. My minor suggestions would be to include info on where the switch was located for the outdoor lights over the fire pit. Also I would add a few instructions on the gas logs as the pilot was not on when we arrived and none of us had every used a remote. Took us a while to figure it out but instructions on use of it would be helpful. Finally the discussion on how big the parking area is on the web site is misleading. I would suggest stating 3 cars/trucks is optimal. These suggestions are minimal. The property /decorations/equipment and the view were well worth the money spent.

Thanks for the constructive feedback, we hope to have you as our guest again soon!
The view from dining room window was worth it all! Beautiful clean house with plenty of space for relaxing. Fire pit was fun in evening. Bunk room was a big hit with younger crowd. Loved it!
We were very impressed with the condition of the home and the cleanliness. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in and we travel quite frequently.
The layout provides separation, which is great when you have teens, toddlers, tweens, and adults in your party. The outdoor areas were awesome. We loved the fire table and spent our evenings outdoors.
Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we parked a van and two SUV’s in the spaces. The deck requires shoes, but it is so huge and again a great space for a large group.
The house was a great choice for our family of 12 and we will certainly return. Thank you for a wonderful, stressless visit.
Also, just as an additional note we were very impressed with the management team. They answered quickly (even on Easter evening) and were quite cordial and very helpful.
This home was beautiful! It is hard to tell online exactly what you are coming to sometimes but with a group of 14 (3 families), it had so much space for everyone. The only upgrade we would suggest is possibly a hot tub. The home was perfect!
We had a sisters, mothers/daughters weekend in this home with a group of ten. It was perfect for our group and a short distance to Blowing Rock for shopping and dining. I highly recommend it!
Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, loads of televisions if people want to watch different things. Great outdoor seating! Great water pressure and no issues with hot water with our big party! The furniture was all comfortable, linens provided which was nice! The main level bedroom and LOVELY bathroom were perfect for my elderly parents. The Wifi did not work well (but that may be a spectrum issue not the home) and you have to be careful parking due to the small curb (one of our party had a Honda and it scrapped it up) We will definitely use again if it’s available!
This was a great property for our group that travelled from many places to come to the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. The house was great and worked perfectly for our needs. The back porch and view were so lovely, and the open family room/kitchen/dining room allowed for our group of 10 to cook and socialize comfortably. The only challenge was the parking, but with a little creativity, we made it work.
This house is extremely well decorated and designed. It has gaming machines for the kids. The outside garden is well maintained. The view is incredibly beautiful that you can see cloud in the mountain in the morning. This house is very close to Tweetie railroad where we took our kids to. The communication with property manager is smooth. John is very responsive and helpful. The parts that can be improved would be: the information like access code, wifi password can be given as a package within a certain period before we arrive since the cellular signal was low around the house and hard to communicate when we got there without wifi being connected. Also, it will be great if there can be more games on the XBOX and an instruction with the password to access the games. We updated the XBOX but cannot play due to it asking for password.
We accidentally left a hand knit blanket which is invaluable
and never really thought that the management made a strong enough effort to find it. we even offered a reward.
Thanks so much for taking the time to share. Its our sincerest hope that you will come back and see us again.
